Kristin N. Sawinski – President
Kristin obtained her Pennsylvania Certified General appraisal certification in 2007 after working and completing the required training and experience hours in the 4 years prior to obtaining her certification.
Kristin is currently a Candidate for Designation through the Appraisal Institute. The MAI designation has long been recognized by courts of law, government agencies, financial institutions, and investors as a mark of excellence in the field of real estate valuation and analysis. Those appraisers with MAI Designation are generally considered to have experience and education roughly equivalent to a ‘doctorate level’ of commercial real estate. She anticipates completion of this extended continuing education requirements and testing in 2020.
In her downtime, Kristin is a 4H Horse leader, enjoys spending time with her family, animals and hunting and fishing.
Mark Sawinski – Business Office Manager
Mark handles the scheduling of jobs, office related correspondence, public relations, filing, research, databases, billing and assists Kristin in other daily operational tasks. Mark is currently researching college courses in business management field of study.
Mark has been a volunteer firefighter and EMT for past 18 years, is a avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his family.
